Introduction
When the blinker is normal , the flasher will flash 85 times per minute. If the blinker bulb is burnt , the flashing speed will increase to 170 times per minute to remind the driver to change the blinker bulb for a new one. If the driver is not aware of the bulb burnt , the car behind him might make a wrong judgment , and causes an accident.
